Embracing the philosophy that Yoga is about healthier living in general, not just exercise, Yogi In The Kitchen begins with advice for eating the Yoga way, including how to stock one's pantry and seek balance in one's diet, as well as tips for staying healthy when eating out.

An excellent resource for making light, healthy, and fitness-promoting foods for oneself and one's family. Just read some of the recipes and they sound great. We wanted our retreat guests—vegetarians and non-vegetarians—to enjoy every meal and to feel satisfied by their vegetarian fare. We also wanted them to feel alert and energetic afterwards, so that their meals would enhance their practice of yoga and meditation.
In these videos I show in detail how to prepare many different types of meals, with an eye toward eating appropriately for each season of the year. This book includes those recipes—the culmination of many years of testing and refining with the intent of delighting vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Whether you want to become a vegetarian or would just like to incorporate more plant-based dishes into your diet, you will benefit from this cookbook. As you try these simple recipes, you will learn how to prepare tasty, nourishing dishes and easily create balanced, satisfying, and healthy meals.
This book includes six parts: Part 1: The yogic approach to cooking and how to spiritualize your cooking. To gain the most from this book, read part 1 first. Part 2: Guidelines for successful cooking, including the use of kitchen utensils, how to cook grains and legumes, and how to steam vegetables. Part 3: Complete vegetarian meals. Each meal includes all parts of a healthy vegetarian diet: vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates. In our online Vegetarian Cooking for Health and Vitality course, I demonstrate how to cook each meal.
Depending on your inclination, you can follow the book season by season, or experiment with different meals from different seasons. Cooking with a friend or family member will add fun and the motivation to continue. Part 4: Special recipes for smoothies, healthy drinks, original tea blends, salads, desserts, and breads. The specials are also demonstrated in videos in our online Vegetarian Cooking for Health and Vitality course. Part 5: Simple individual recipes such as those for breakfast cereals, grains, legumes, vegetables, sauces, and dressings.

Second time staying here. Had a great spot right on the river. Water park feature and two pools are great for the kids. River is also quite good, though it was a bit shallow given the dry spell recently. Highlight for us was being able to rent a hot tub!
They brought it to our site, filled it with hot water, and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Used it every day- just awesome. Food by the pool was surprisingly good.
Campsite store was fine. Getting a good seat by the pools can be a challenge- should get there early. Also, the river front sites with the concrete pads are pricey- that was my biggest negative. But all in all, enjoyed our time here and will definitely return. We stayed at this campground in without issues.
Lesson 1 - Welcome to Kundalini Yoga
The campground has been greatly expanded since last season with both new cabins and new sites. Escorts in golf carts took each camper to their site except for our 39' rig and most likely others too. We were abandoned by the escort as he indicated he didn't know where our site was. He never came back for us!!!! He had the same map we did and after a nearly 30 minute wait we figured it out for ourselves. None of the new sites were numbered even with temporary signs. There was no fire ring very chilly weekend or cable for our site. We stayed here for one week and we have nothing but good things to say about this campground.
The facilities are spotless and the staff is friendly and professional. There are many activites for kids and while this is not a quiet campground in the afternoons or evenings, quiet-hours are respected by all.https://varxycustaetia.tk
A Yogi's Guide to Common Questions of Love
We will definitely be back! They have dumped a bunch of money into the park which reflects in price to stay. The pool is great, lots of activities. They seem to be catering to the cabin rentals and have put in a ton of new ones, so you get lot of "non camping" people. Dog park is really nice. Lot of new sites up on hill but out in the sun. It's close to home so I will be back.

This is a nice park, although a bit pricey. We stayed in a full hookup pull through site on packed gravel that was very easy to navigate and reasonably level. We had initially booked one of their deluxe riverside sites with an upgraded cement pad. We changed our reservation and we're glad we did. Cable and wifi worked fine for us, and we enjoyed our campsite, which had okay separation from neighboring sites and partial shade, as well as picnic table and fire ring.
They really pack the campers in, so there's lots of coming and going throughout the day. Things settled down in the evening, but the park featured a live weekend band so it didn't really get peaceful until about 11pm. There's plenty to do for kids in this park, with a jumping pillow, water park, playgrounds, etc.
The camp store is well stocked and not too pricey. The campsite rates, however, seem high for what they are. All in all it was a good time. Nice Park for family's with kids. Was just my wife and I. We stopped in for two nights. If we got caught without them on they could throw us out.

Not having fun yet. Dinner plans with some local friends. Not putting it on. Maybe a clip on badge would work better.

The site was muddy with a street drain in the middle of it but level. Great place for large family's.
